I struggle with anxiety and tend to catastrophize situations beyond my control. I know I'm not alone in this. ;)

The idea for this artwork came to me while walking through a graveyard in DC. I enjoy these walks, observing the gravestones and contemplating the lives of those who once worried and strived, just as I do now. Reflecting on the fleeting nature of life and our eventual fate helps put my daily worries into perspective. It makes them seem more bearable and reminds me to be grateful for the one life I have.
